EMERGING LEADERS INSTITUTE 

A year-long leadership development program for the 2023-24 school year. We are seeking qualified and dynamic participants to join our third cohort.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Who is an emerging leader? An emerging leader is anyone with experience in independent schools with an aptitude for leadership and a desire to take on greater responsibilities and/or new roles. 

PROSPECTIVE PARTICIPANTS
Aspiring Teacher Leaders, Department Chairs, Deans of Students, Deans of Faculty, Academic Deans, Assistant Division Directors, Division Directors and those in other leadership roles.

QUALIFICATIONS
Application, Reference from Head of School, 5+ years experience in education
