PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Designed for educators in their first three years of independent school teaching, this cohort-driven experience offers training and support to early career teachers. Participants will work together to learn more about the culture and world of school life in an independent school, build and deepen their practices to teach effectively, and enjoy being a member of a supportive cohort of teachers.
